قَالَ الْإِمَامُ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ رَحِمَهُ اللّٰهُ: >السُّنَّةُ سَفِينَةُ نُوحٍ، مَنْ رَكِبَهَا نَجَا، وَمَنْ تَخَلَّفَ عَنْهَا غَرِقَ<
Translation
Imām Mālik bin Anas [d. 179H] (may Allāh have mercy upon him) said: “The sunnah is like the ark of Nūḥ. Whoever embarks upon it reaches salvation and whoever refuses is drowned.”
