قال شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمه الله: أن الله أرحم بعباده من أرحم الوالدات بولدها. فإنه من جعلها رحيمة أرحم منها
Translation
Shaykhul Islām ibn Taymiyyah (may Allāh have mercy upon him) said:
“Allāh is more merciful to His slaves than the most merciful of mothers to her child, for the One Who made her merciful must be more merciful than her.”
