Shaykh ‘Abdul-‘Azīz bin Bāz on the Current Era

قال الشيخ عبد العزيز بن باز رحمه الله: هذا العصر عصر الرفق والصبر والحكمة، وليس عصر الشدة، الناس أكثرهم في جهل، في غفلة إيثار للدنيا، فلا بد من الصبر، ولا بد من الرفق حتى تصل الدعوة، وحتى يبلغ الناس وحتى يعلموا، ونسأل الله للجميع الهداية

Shaykh ‘Abdul-‘Azīz bin Bāz (may Allāh have mercy upon him) said:

“This era is an era of gentleness, patience and wisdom, not an era of harshness. The majority of people are in ignorance, heedlessly preferring the dunyā. So we must be patient and we must be gentle until the da’wah spreads, until the people reach it and until they know. We ask Allāh to grant everyone guidance.”
