Abū Dardā’ on the Importance of Knowledge and its Implementation

قَالَ أَبُو الدَّرْدَاءِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: وَيْلٌ لِمَنْ لَا يَعْلَمُ وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ لَعَلَّمَهُ وَوَيْلٌ لِمَنْ يَعْلَمُ وَلَا يَعْمَلُ سَبْعَ مَرَّاتٍ

Abū Dardā’ (may Allāh be pleased with him) said:

“Woe one time to he who does not know and acts! And woe seven times to he who knows and does not act upon his knowledge.”
