قَالَ الحَسَنُ رحمه الله: >اعلَم أَنَّكَ لَنْ تُحِبَّ اللّٰهَ حَتَّى تُحِبَّ طَاعَتَهُ<
Translation
Ḥasan [al-Baṣrī] [d. 110H] (may Allāh have mercy upon him) said: “Know that you will not love Allāh till you love being obedient to Him.”
