Ḥadīth [241]: Hilāl bin Khabbāb says: I asked Sa’īd bin Jubayr, “O ‘Abu ‘Abdullāh, what is a sign of the destruction of people?” He replied: “When their ‘ulamā [learned ones] pass away.”
