Ḥadīth [7473]: It is reported on the authority of Abī Umāmah (may Allāh be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him) said: “Whoever goes to the masjid, not intending by it except to learn good (i.e., religious knowledge) or to teach it, for him is the likeness of the reward of the pilgrim, (reward equal to) his complete pilgrimage.”
