Ja’far bin Sulaymān on Concern About the World and the Hereafter
'Abdullāh bin Mubārak (may Allāh have mercy upon him) reported: Ja'far bin Sulaymān (may Allāh have mercy upon him) said: “Concern about the world is a darkness in the heart, and concern about the Hereafter is a light in the heart.”
