حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، أَنَّ نَافِعًا، أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَعْتَكِفُ العَشْرَ الأَوَاخِرَ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ

Chapter [1]: The i’tikāf in the last ten days of Ramaḍān

Ḥadīth [2025]: It is narrated on the authority of ‘Abdullāh ibn ‘Umar (may Allāh be pleased with them both) that he said: ‘Allāh’s Messenger (peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him) used to practice i’tikāf in the last ten days of the month of Ramaḍān.’
