1. Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī

Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī Ḥadīth [969] – The best ten days (i.e., first ten days of Dhul Ḥijjah)

It is narrated on the authority of ibn 'Abbās (may Allāh be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him) said: “No good deeds done on other days are superior to those done on these (first ten days of Dhul Ḥijjah).” Then some companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him) said: ‘Not even jihād?’ He replied: “Not even jihād, except that of a man who does it by putting himself and his property in danger (for Allāh's sake) and does not return with any of those things (i.e., is martyred).”

Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī Ḥadīth [6114] – Strong is the one who controls himself in anger

It is narrated on the authority of Abū Hurayrah (may Allāh be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allāh (peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him) said: “The strong is not the one who overcomes the people by his strength, but the strong is the one who controls himself while in anger.”

Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī Ḥadīth [3461] – The minimal responsibility of da’wah upon everyone

It is narrated on the authority of ‘Abdullāh bin ‘Amr (may Allāh be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him) said: “Convey from me even an Āyah [of the Qurān]; relate traditions from Banī Isrā‘īl, and there is no restriction on that; but he who deliberately forges a lie against me let him have his abode in the Hell.”
