حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، ثنا حَبَّانُ بْنُ مُوسَى، وسُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، قَالَا: ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي بَكْرُ بْنُ سَوَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ اللَّخْمِيِّ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: إِنَّ مِنْ أَشْرَاطِ السَّاعَةِ ثَلَاثَةً: إِحْدَاهُنَّ أَنْ يَلْتَمِسَ الْعِلْمَ عِنْدَ الْأَصَاغِرِ 

Ḥadīth [22/361]: It is narrated on the authority of Abū Umayyah al-Lakhmī (may Allāh be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him) said: “Verily from the signs of the hour are three, one of them is that (religious) knowledge will be sought from the young.”
